Fantastic attentive staff and a great breakfast with a wonderful variety. The hotel’s location offers a peaceful side street yet is just steps away from the beach road.

Housekeeping was inconsistent, often forgetting to replenish supplies, and there were annoying noises throughout the night.

Lekker location, just a stroll to the beach and markets. Staff were so friendly, especially the chommie at check-in. The brekkie spread was on point, fresh omlettes made daily!

Only downside was the pool bar could’ve had better opening times, a bit of a wait for a cold dop.

For an enjoyable experience, consider starting your day with a wider breakfast selection and visiting the beach early to avoid the crowds.

The clean room was prepped daily, and I enjoyed the nearby halal food restaurants. Perfect location just a stroll away from the beach!

great staff but facilities need attention

The staff were exceptional, particularly at the pool bar where they created a friendly and welcoming atmosphere! The pools were pristine and a pleasure to use! The breakfast selection stood out, featuring a wide range of delightful dishes that made mornings special. From my balcony, I enjoyed a lovely view of the pool area. it truly enhanced my relaxation.

i had a lovely stay with a diverse breakfast selection and delightful staff who were extremely helpful, all while being just a few steps away from the beach and the lively Patong area which offered endless options for exploration.

My stay exceeded expectations with ample space in the well-kept Premier Deluxe room and stunning views from the rooftop bar. The pool ambiance was perfect for relaxation, though I encountered minor light blockage issues. a delightful experience in Patong with opportunities for exploration nearby.

My wife and I had an incredible stay in the pool access suite. The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely ambiance. The pool area was fantastic, complete with a rooftop bar and a refreshingly affordable market in the lobby. Breakfast was huge and varied, making every morning feel like a treat!

The central location puts you just a short stroll from the beach and the bustling shopping areas. Spacious rooms accommodate well but have seen better refurbishments. still, they serve their purpose.

The bathroom setup leaves a lot to be desired, with a high bath that's not elderly-friendly and a shower that floods the floor due to poor design. The lifts are outdated and sometimes unresponsive, making getting around a bit of a hassle. the breakfast lacks variety, predominantly featuring Asian options that may not please everyone.
